      PFA-Lined Diaphragm Valves Support High-Purity Chemical Delivery

      As semiconductor manufacturing places increasingly demanding requirements on high-purity fluid handling, the materials used throughout chemical delivery systems have become an important consideration. At DANPORE, we focus on PFA application technologies for electronics and pharmaceutical industries, with particular attention to fluid control environments involving high-purity and corrosive process media.

      Our Flanged Manual Diaphragm Valve belongs to our semiconductor-grade PFA-lined valve and piping portfolio. It represents part of our continued development of PFA-lined fluid control products for Chemical Delivery Systems used in semiconductor fabrication environments.

      Semiconductor chemical delivery systems may handle strong acids, alkalis, cleaning solutions, CMP slurries, photoresists, developers and other ultra-pure media. These demanding process materials require careful consideration of the fluid-contact surfaces used within piping and valve systems. Our steel-backed PFA-lined piping and valve range is developed specifically for these types of chemical delivery applications.

      High-purity manufacturing also depends on controlled production conditions. At our manufacturing base in Bengbu, Anhui, we operate three production plants across a 15,000-square-meter site. Our facilities include a 1,500-square-meter Class 1000 cleanroom and a 200-square-meter Class 100 packaging workshop built to support semiconductor manufacturing requirements.

      Within these controlled environments, we manufacture PFA-lined valves, fittings, hoses and solid PFA injection-molded components. Our steel-backed PFA-lined piping and valve products feature ultra-low ionic extractables and can meet G4-G5 purity grades. They have also been used on semiconductor mass-production lines.

      The development of PFA-lined diaphragm valve technology has been part of our product evolution for many years. In 2010, we developed clamp-type PFA-lined diaphragm valves together with PFA-lined pipes and fittings for pharmaceutical applications. In 2018, our Class 1000 cleanroom and Class 100 packaging workshop were gradually put into operation.

      In 2021, we further developed semiconductor-grade PFA-lined flanged diaphragm valves and pipe fittings. This milestone expanded our PFA-lined product platform toward applications with stricter cleanliness and chemical handling requirements, supporting our continued focus on semiconductor-grade fluid control technology.

      Beyond production, our in-house capabilities cover product structure design, mold development, prototyping, performance testing and mass production. This integrated development and manufacturing system enables us to continue supporting customers with PFA material application solutions for specialized fluid handling environments.

      For us, the Flanged Manual Diaphragm Valve is not an isolated product, but part of a broader PFA-lined fluid control portfolio developed around high-purity chemical delivery. As we continue advancing PFA lining and molding technologies, we remain focused on providing reliable solutions for semiconductor, electronics and pharmaceutical applications.
